Copy of Domicile certificate/other proof of residence in Punjab.
Original old License
Original Challan with a fee amounting to Rs.1400/-
Authority letter issued from Concerned Institution.

Validity of License

The validity of holding this license is three years from the date of its renewal. It is to be noted that a person should apply for renewal one month prior to its expiry.
