Where to submit an application in Form-6A3?
The application should be submitted directly to the Electoral Registration Officer (ERO) of the constituency under which the applicant’s usual residence as given in the valid passport falls. The application in Form 6A may be submitted personally to the ERO or may be sent by post addressed to the concerned ERO.
The details and postal addresses of EROs of all constituencies in India can be found on the website of the Election Commission of India (http://eci.nic.in).
Documents Required for Overseas Voter Form 6A Manipur
Paste a recent passport-size color photograph with a light background (preferably white) showing the full face of the applicant Fill all the columns in Form-6A.
Write your name and other details as given in the valid Indian passport. If the application is sent by post, it should be accompanied by a photocopy of the relevant pages of the passport containing the applicant’s photograph and all other details and also the valid page. Visa support.
These photocopies should be duly self-attested. If the application is presented in person before the ERO, a photocopy of the relevant pages of the passport as mentioned above should be attached to the application.
The original passport should also be submitted along with the application for verification by the Registration Officer.
The passport will be returned immediately after verification. The application should be submitted directly to the Electoral Registration Officer (ERO) of the constituency in which the applicant’s usual place of residence as given in the valid passport falls.
The application in Form 6A can be submitted personally to the ERO or sent by post addressed to the concerned ERO.
