إن الحمد لها تحمده ونستعينه ونستغفره، ونعوذ بالله من شرور أنفسنا و من سيئات أعمالنا، من يهده الله فلا مضل له، ومن يضلله فلا هادي له، وأشهد أن لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له، وأشهد أن محمداً عبده ورسوله، أما بعد!
أيها الناس! اتقوا الله واعلموا أن تقوى الله تعالى هي التي تقربكم إلى الله إن أكرمكم عند الله أتقاكم)، فتقوى الله لها فوائد عظيمة ولذلك أوصى الله بها الأولين والآخرين، فقال سبحانه وتعالى: (ولقد وصينا الذين أوتوا الكتاب من قبلكم وإياكم أن اتقوا الله) وتقوى الله فيها خيرات كثيرة ورتب الله عليها نتائج عظيمة (يا أيها الذين آمنوا إن تتقوا الله يجعل لكم فرقاناً ويكفر عنكم سيئاتكم ويغفر لكم والله ذو الفضل العظيم)، وقال: (ومن يتق الله يجعل له مخرجا ويرزقه من حيث لا يحتسب)، وقال: (ومن يتق الله يجعل له من أمره يسرا)، ووعد الله للمتقين الجنة فقال: (إن المتقين في جنات وعيون)، وقال: (إن المتقين في جنات ونعيم )۔ فاتقوا الله يا عباد الله واخرصوا على تحقيق التقوى في حياتكم، حتى تفوزوا برضوان رب الأرض والسماوات، وتنعموا يوم تلقونه بنعيم الجنات أقول قولي هذا واستغفر الله لي ولكم ولسائر المسلمين فاستغفروه إنه هو الغفور الرحيم خط
الحمد لله رب العالمين، والصلاة والسلام على سيد الأنبياء والمرسلين، وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين أما بعدا إن الله وملائكته يصلون على النبي يا أيها الذين آمنوا صلوا عليه وسلموا تسليما. اللهم صل على محمد سيد الأنبياء والمرسلين، وعلى الصحابة والتابعين، خصوصا على الخلفاء الراشدين المهديين، وعلى من تبعهم بإحسان إلى يوم الدين. اللهم أعز الإسلام والمسلمين، وأذل الشراك والمشركين، ودمر أعداء الدين، واجعل هذا البلد آمناً مطمئنا وسائر بلاد المسلمين اللهم إنا نسألك العفو والعافية في الدنيا والآخرة، اللهم إنا نعوذ بك من البرص والجنون والجذام ومن شيء الأسقام – اللهم ارفع عنا البلاء والوباء عباد الله! إن الله يأمر بالعدل والإحسان وإيتاء ذي القربى وينهى عن الفحشاء والمنكر والبغي يعظكم لعلكم تذكرون. فاذكروا الله العظيم يذكركم واشكروه على نعمه يزدكم ولذكر الله أكبر والله يعلم ما تصنعون.
Juma Khutba English Translation
The khutbah (sermon) consists of two parts:
In the first part:
The Imam begins by saying:
A`uuzhu billaahi min-ash-shaitaanir-rajeem,
Bismillaa-hir rahmaanir-raheem
Then the Imam reads the khutbah below :
Alhamdu lillaahi nahmaduhu wa nasta ‘eenuhu wa nastaghfiruhu
wa nu’ minu bihi wa natawakkalu ‘alaih.
Wa na ‘uuzhu Billaahi min shuruuri anfusinaa wamin sayyi ‘aati a ‘maalina.
May yahdihillaahu falaa mudilla lahu
wa may yudlilhu falaa haadiya lah.
Wa nash hadu allaa ilaaha illallaahu wahdahu laa shariika lahu
wa nash-hadu anna Muhammadan ‘abduhuu wa Rasuuluh.
ibaadallah rahima-kumullaah.
Innallaaha ya’muru bil ‘adli wal-ihsaani wa eetaa i zhil-qurbaa.
wa yanhaa ‘anil fahshaa i wal- munkari wal-baghyi,
Ya ‘i zhukum la ‘allakum tazhak-karuun.
Uzhkurrullaah yazh-kur-kum
wad ‘uuhu yastajib lakum.
Wa la zhikrullaahi akbar.
(All praise is due to Allah. We laud Him, we beseech help from Him and ask His protection; we confide in Him, we trust Him alone and we seek protection against the evils and mischief of our souls and from the bad results of our deeds.
Whomsoever He guides on the right path, none can misguide him; and whosoever He declares misled, none can guide him onto the right path.
And we bear witness that none deserves to be worshipped except Allah. He is alone and has no partner. We bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and Messenger. O servants of Allah! May Allah be merciful to you.
Verily, Allah commands you to act with justice, to confer benefits upon each other, and to do good to others as one does to one ‘s kindred and forbids evil which pertains to your own selves and evils which affect others and prohibits revolts against lawful authority. He warns you against being unmindful.
You remember Allah; He too will remember you; call Him and He will make a response to your call. And verily divine remembrance is the highest virtue.)
After delivering the first part of the sermon, the Imam sits down for a short while, then stands up again and starts with the second part which reads as follows:
Alhamdu lillaahi rabbil aalameen.
Was-salaatu was-salaamu alaa rasulinaa Muhammadin-ameen,
wa-‘alaa aalihee, wa sahbihee, aj-ma’een.
In-nallaaha wa malaa’ikata yusalluuna alan-nabee.
Yaa ‘ay-yuhal-lazheena aamanu sallu ‘alayhi wasallimu tasleemaa.
Allaahumma salli alaa Muhammad, wa ‘alaa ‘aali Muhammad,
kamaa sallayta alaa Ibraaheem, wa ‘alaa ‘aali Ibraaheem.
Allaa-humma baarik aala Muhammad, wa ‘alaa ‘aali Muhammad,
kama baarakta ‘alaa Ibraaheem, wa ‘alaa ‘aali ibraaheem Fil aala-meen, innaka hameedum majeed.
(All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of all the Worlds; may the greetings and peace be upon the best messenger, Muhammad, and upon his family and upon all of his companions.
Behold, Allah and his angel’s shower blessings on the Prophet. O you who believe! Ask for blessings on him, and salute him with a worthy greeting.
O, Allah! Send your greetings upon Muhammad and his family, just as you sent your greetings upon Abraham and his family. O Allah, send your blessings on Muhammad and his family, just as you blessed Abraham and his family. In both worlds, you are praiseworthy and exalted.)
