IDBI Executive Eligibility Criteria 2023 – Nationality:
As per the IDBI executive notification 2023 pdf, applicants must be either
(a) a citizen of India, or
(b) a subject of Nepal, or
(c) a subject of Bhutan, or
(d) a Tibetan refugee (who came over to India before 1st January 1962) with the intention of permanently settling in India or
(e) a person of Indian origin, who has migrated from Pakistan, Myanmar (formerly Burma), Sri Lanka, East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
Provided that an applicant belonging to categories (b), (c), (d), or (e) above shall be a person in whose favor a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Government of India.
The applicant, in whose case a certificate of eligibility is necessary, may be admitted to the selection process conducted by IDBI Bank, but on final selection, the offer of appointment may be given only after the necessary eligibility certificate has been issued to him/ her by the Government of India.

IDBI Executive Notification 2023 Salary
The IDBI Executive will be paid a lump sum/fixed remuneration as per the following details:
- For the 1st year of Employment – Candidates will get a sum of Rs. 29,000/- per month.
- For the 2nd year of Employment – Candidates will get a sum of Rs. 31,000/- per month.
- For the 3rd year of Employment – Candidates will get a sum of Rs. 34,000/- per month.
These executives shall not be entitled to draw any allowances such as DA, HRA, etc.
