The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducts the General Duty (GD) examination to recruit eligible candidates for various posts in the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), NIA, SSF, and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles.
The selection process of SSC GD includes a physical standard test (PST) and physical efficiency test (PET) before the written exam. The PST and PET are conducted at various centers across the country, and the commission releases the list of centers for each region separately.
