Minimum Wages In Maharashtra Revised From 01 January 2023
Minimum Wages for Shops & Establishments in Maharashtra have been revised with effect from 01 January 2023 by the Government of Maharashtra.
The revised rates of wages will be applicable from 01 January 2023 to 30 June 2023. Employers need to pay the arrears to employees based on the Official Notification.
Latest Minimum Wages for Shops & Establishments in Maharashtra January 2023
Mr. Shailendra B. Poul, Dy. Labour Commissioner, Mumbai has issued an Official Notification dated 01 February 2023 in this regard.
According to the Notification Variable Dearness Allowance (VDA) has been increased for the employee working under the below category in all Scheduled Employments of Shops and Establishments, Maharashtra.
Hence, the Latest Minimum Wages for Shops & Establishment in Maharashtra with effect from 01 January 2023 will be as follows:
