Manqoos Moulid is a poem composed in Arabic by Sheikh Mohammed bin Ali bin Alawi Al-Haddad in praise of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). It is a popular recitation in the Muslim world, particularly in East Africa, where it is often recited during Mawlid (the celebration of the Prophet’s birth).
The Manqoos Moulid is composed of 333 verses and is divided into several sections, each of which praises a particular aspect of the Prophet’s life, such as his birth, his upbringing, his character, his miracles, and his teachings. دورة قبل تعاق العالم وَسَمَاءَ مُحَمَّد أَوَ أَعْرَبَهُ فِي أَخِرِ الزَّمَانِ قما قد ركابدي وَالبَسَهُ جَاعَة الجَمَالِ التي لم يلتيها
وخالد وَ اسْتَعَاذَ بِهِ نُوحْ نَجُومِنَ اللَّذِي وَكَانَ في صلب إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَلَيْهِ السَّلَامُ حِينَ آيَةٍ فِي النَّارِ فَعَادَ وَصَارَ القيها محمد أدرات أُمَّهُ أَمَنَةً حينَ حَمَلَتْ بِهِ مَلَكَة السَّمَاءِ مَدَ دَام دد نعل عليها الانبياء وَهُمْ يَة وَلُونَ لَهَا إِذا وَضَعْ شَمْرَ العلاج والها سميهِ مُحَمَّد اقال الله عَزَولَ لَقَدْ جَاءَكُمْ رَسُولُونَ أَنفُسِكُمْ وما عنتم حرية عَلَيْكُمْ بِالْمُؤْمِنِينَ رَؤُفٌ رحيم ورُوي عن النبي صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ انَهُ قَالَ كُنْتُ وايتي التوعزَرَبَانَ قَبْلَ أَنا يَخْلُقَ أَدَمَ بِالْغَيْ عَامِ الله ذلك النور وتة المَلَئِكَةُ تَيهِ فَلَمَّا خَلَقَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى ادَمَ عَلَيْهِ السَّلام الهي ذلِكَ النُّورِ فِي طَيَتِهِ فَاهْبَطَنِي اللهُ فِي صلب المالي الأرْضِ وَجَعَلَنِي فِي السَّفِينَةِ فِي صُلْبِ نُوحٍ وَجَعَلَني في صلب للتذليل ابراهيمَ عَلَيْهِ السَّلام حينَ قَذِفَ بِهِ فِي النَّارِ
