- इस प्रश्न-पत्र में कुल दस प्रश्न हैं। सभी प्रश्नों के उत्तर देने हैं। प्रश्न क्र. 1 में कोई विकल्प नहीं है। शेष प्रश्नों में आंतरिक विकल्प मौजूद हैं।
This question paper consists of ten questions.
All the questions have to be answered. There is no internal choice in question no. 1. The remaining questions carry internal choice.
- प्रश्न-पत्र के कुल अंक 300 हैं तथा निर्धारित समय 3 घंटे है प्रत्येक प्रश्न के अंक उसके सामने अंकित है।
The total number of marks of the question paper is 300 and the time allotted is 3 hours. Marks for each question have been indicated on the right hand margin.
- प्रथम प्रश्न लघु उत्तरीय होगा अनिवार्य प्रश्न होंगे, प्रत्येक का उत्तर एक अथवा दो पंक्तियों में देना होगा ।
The first question will be of short answer type consisting of 20 compulsory questions, each one is to be answered in one or two lines.
- जहाँ शब्द सीमा दी गई है उसका अवश्य पालन करें
Wherever word limit has been given, it must be adhered to.
- भाषा की शुद्धता एवं कार्य की स्वच्छता पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जायेगा।
Special attention will be paid to the accuracy of the language and neatness of the work.
- प्रश्न-पत्र के अनुसार ही प्रश्नों के उत्तर क्रमानुसार दें। एक ही प्रश्न के विभिन्न भागों के उत्तर अनिवार्य रूप से एक साथ ही लिखे जायें तथा उनके बीच अन्य प्रश्नों के उत्तर न लिखे जायें।
Questions should be answered exactly in order in which they appear in the question paper. Answers to the various parts of the same question should be written together compulsorily and no answer of other questions should be inserted between them.
(ज) निम्नलिखित गद्यांश का हिंदी में अनुवाद
India in the largest democracy in the world.
About sixty crores of people have the right to vote to elect members of the Legislative Assemblies of the states and the Lok Sabha at the centre.
We have had fourteen general elections to the Lok Sabha and many more to the legislative assemblies since the enforcement of our constitution on January 26, 1950.
All these years have been marked by democratic activity which has given credibility to Indian democracy.
While in our neighbourhood both in the west and in the east and to some extent in the north, the dictatorship of the various brands has risen and continues to maintain itself, Indian democracy has stood the test of time and has earned the admiration of the peoples the world over.
(ब) निम्नलिखित गद्यांश का अंग्रेजी में अनुवाद कीजिए :
गाँधी जी की अद्वितीय देन यह है कि उन्होंने पूँजीवाद और समाजवाद का समन्वय किया।
उनके ट्रस्टीशिप के सिद्धान्त का यह लक्ष्य है। गाँधी जी अमीरों से धन छीनकर गरीबों के भले के लिए ट्रस्ट में रखना चाहते थे।
गाँधी जी का यह विचार आजकल बहुत सार्थक है, क्योंकि मार्क्स के प्रकार के समाजवाद की स्थापना या पूँजीवाद को नष्ट करना संभव नहीं है।
ट्रस्टीशिप के सिद्धान्त द्वारा गाँधी जी ने समाजवाद और पूँजीवाद के बीच का एक रास्ता निकाला।
निम्नलिखित विषयों में से किसी एक पर लगभग 300 शब्दों में निबंध लिखिए:
(1) भारतीय किसान
(अ) भारतीय किसान का परिचय।
(ब) भारतीय किसान की दयनीय स्थिति के कारण।
(स) भारतीय किसान और बाजारवाद ।
(द) किसान की दशा में सुधार के उपाय।
