B. Preamble
This policy is evidence of the contract between you and us. For the purposes of this Policy, the Offer, together with any written statement(s) you make, forms part of this Agreement.
This policy witness that in consideration of your payment of premium for the period specified in the schedule or for any additional period for which we may accept payment for renewal of this policy, we will ) and we will do accordingly.

The Policy is based on information that has been given to us about the Insured Person(s) relating to the risk insured under the Policy and the correctness of this information is a condition to your or the Insured Person(s)’ right to recover under this Policy Will be
C. Definitions
(I) Standard Definitions:
- accident
It means a sudden, unexpected, and involuntary event caused by external, visible, and violent means. - Anyone disease
It means a continuous period of illness and includes recurrence of illness again within 45 days from the date of the last consultation
Hospital/Nursing Home where the treatment was done. - Ayush Treatment
It refers to the hospitalization treatment given under ‘Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and’.
Homeopathy System.. - Ayush Hospital:
AYUSH hospital is a health care facility having medical/surgical/para-surgical treatment procedures and Interventions are performed by an AYUSH medical practitioner which includes any of the following:
One. Ayush Hospital of the Central or State Government or
B. A teaching hospital attached to an AYUSH college recognized by the Central Government/Central Council of Indian Medicine/Central Council of Homeopathy; or c. An AYUSH hospital, standalone or co-located with an in-patient healthcare facility of any recognized system of medicine, registered with the local authorities, wherever applicable, and under the supervision of a qualified registered AYUSH medical practitioner and He must comply with all the following criteria. ,
I. having at least 5 inpatient beds;
Second. Keeping a qualified AYUSH Medical Practitioner in charge round the clock
