1.1 Foreign filmmakers seeking permission to shoot a feature film to be screened/broadcast outside India shall approach the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting.

- Granting Permission
4.1 Film shooting permission in respect of Indian nationals will be processed and granted by the Chief Public Relations Officers of the Railways/Units concerned. 4.2 Film shooting permission in respect of foreign nationals will be initially processed by the Directorate of Public Relations, Railway Board. CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO FILM SHOOTING

5.1 Scrutiny of scripts of feature films/documentary films/features: Zonal Railways/Units should obtain detailed scripts relating to scenes involving Railway premises/property and a detailed schedule of shooting. The script should be checked and scrutinized from the point of view of the safe/normal working of Railways and the safety of Railway property.
