The As-Is form should be saved so that your transaction can be properly documented

This section contains resources for downloading the bill of sale pictured on this page.

Located below the document preview, are buttons with similar labels that allow you to select the document version you desire.

Create the Sale Reference Date

One of the first questions raised when discussing this sale is usually the date of sale.

As such, both lines following the “Date” should be filled in with the month and calendar day and then the digits of the year indicating the date the Seller received the payment from the Client.

Determine whether the seller is selling as-is

It will be necessary to provide information for a number of articles in order to adequately document the exchange.

The process starts with the identification of who owns the item being put on sale.

There is a requirement to document the seller’s name and seller’s contact address.

Place the contact information on the following lines.

This address must be active and where the seller of the item/property can be located with written correspondence like mail and notices.

Write out the Buyer’s details

The beginning section on this form requests for data by creating a particular section to name the Party responsible for offering payment for the property in question.

Document this buyer’s identity(name) in the area assigned to it. Also, include the full mailing address as well.

Write down the amount for the As-Is deal

Next, record the actual amount of money the Buyer will render to the Seller for the item/property to be bought.

Provide the details of the purchase

For this section, present the details needed to define the item or property on sale regardless of its condition.

Check the options in the box that is applicable and add the details requested.

For example, if the item in question is a motorbike. indicate by marking the checkbox for that description.

Also include other basic information relating to it like the year of manufacture, bike model, colour shade, miles done via the odometer record, etc.

Since this is a “no warranty” sale, it is most likely not to fall under any mandatory statutes pertaining to vehicle protection laws in that region.

Reconfirm Conditions covering the “As Is” Sale and Sign

The “No Warranty” section of the bill of sale must be clearly understood and agreed upon by all parties involved.

Once the transfer of payment has been completed, the seller cannot demand any increment even if the property appreciates in price.

In return, the buyer will not claim any compensation for damages to the item after purchase hence the As-Is clause.

After all, the details have been concluded, both the buyer and seller would append their signatures to the form in the section allocated to it and write their names in full as well.
